Ridoo Inc. is an international premium streetwear label. This policy explains how we handle the information you share with us on this website.
2. Information we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily submit, including your name, email address, country, preferred size and selected piece from Upcoming Drop 001, as well as information shared through our contact channels.
3. How we use it
We use your data to notify you about the brand launch, to evaluate partnership requests and to answer your messages. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.
4. Storage and security
Your data is stored on secure servers with restricted access. We keep it only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage so the site works correctly and remembers your language and cookie preference.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time by contacting us through the contact form on this website.
7. RIDOO Fit Room (virtual try-on)
If you use the Fit Room, your photo is processed only with your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) to generate a single visualization. It is sent over an encrypted connection to our processing partner FASHN AI, is never saved on our servers, and the photo and generated image are discarded as soon as the result is returned to your browser. Your body measurements are used only in your browser to recommend a size and are not stored. We never use these images for training, advertising or any other purpose. For abuse prevention we keep anonymous, hashed usage counts for 24 hours of activity statistics.
8. Private Access waitlist
When you join the RIDOO Private Access list we store your email address (required), and optionally your first name, WhatsApp number and preferred size, together with the date of your consent, the page you signed up from and any campaign (UTM) parameters in the link. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). We use this data only to send you early access and launch updates for RIDOO releases, by email and, if provided, WhatsApp. It is stored on secure servers, visible only to authorised RIDOO team members, never sold or shown publicly, and kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. You can withdraw consent, access, correct or erase your data at any time through our contact form, and you may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
